Your engagement includes in-home intake, one precision biology panel (~$400), six months of lab-matched nutrition + probiotic formulations (~$150/mo), interpretation, the 300+ food matrix, lifestyle overlays, and weeks of guidance. After six months you can order directly at retail or keep me on retainer for convenience—either way, no kickbacks, no clinics, just lab-to-life execution.

Will you order the labs for me?+
Yes. I handle the logistics, then transfer the account once we’re done so you own it (if you prefer).
What happens after the first six months of supplements?+
You’ll have the dosing plan and refills ready. Order direct if you like, or I can manage it if you prefer the concierge layer.
Do you work with doctors?+
Biome & Bloom's services do not include direct interactions with any licensed medical professionals. The owner of Biome & Bloom founded and currently operates separate medical entities outside of Florida. Biome & Bloom's services are educational and implementation support only.
How long until I can reintroduce “avoid” foods?+
Recommending to retest prior to consuming avoid foods. Eating just 4 oz of an avoid food can wreak havoc on an individual for up to 6 weeks! If someone is worried about their food plan, we often recommend retesting after 3 months (recommended every 6). Once someone is healthy and in maintenance mode, yearly testing is often suitable.
